Meredith is a registered dietitian who specializes in plant-based nutrition. She believes a healthy diet shouldn’t be torture: you don’t have to give up the foods you love. Whether she’s providing education about what good nutrition looks like or designing small, concrete changes a patient can make, her approach is highly personalized. She prides herself on getting to know her patients, meeting them where they are, and helping them establish long-term goals for where they want to be.
Meredith holds a master of science degree in human nutrition from Drexel University and completed her dietetic internship through the University of Houston. She has worked as a dietitian in a variety of contexts, including clinical and academic settings, food service management, corporate wellness, and even the Houston Fire Department.
