Safety Protocols

Addressing your health concerns is of paramount importance to us.

MCVA strictly adheres to guidelines and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Department of Health, AMA, and OSHA.

To treat you in the safest environment possible, we have implemented advanced protocols and stringent safety measures, and reduced the number of patients allowed in the facility at any given time.

IN-PERSON VISITS

To protect your health, Manhattan Cardiovascular Associates has reduced the number of patients allowed at any given time in our facility. That means you will not experience waiting time or extended encounters with another patient.

To keep our patients and staff safe, we follow the CDC guidelines, and regularly administer screening questionnaires to all staff and patients. Additionally, anyone entering our facility must undergo temperature screening, wear a mask and use hand sanitizer.

We rigorously sanitize every surface and piece of equipment in our facility — before and after each visit. To help maintain adequate distance between each patient, we prohibit visitors, unless absolutely necessary.

TELEVISITS

Our virtual visits allow us to provide you with the same high-quality care as our in-office visits. Instead of traveling to our location, you may video chat with us from home or another convenient location. During your virtual visit, our health providers can assess your symptoms, provide diagnoses, counsel treatment, create action plans and send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy, if necessary.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

Please call us at 212-686-0066 to schedule your appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, we will call you a day prior to your visit and go over our safety protocols together.
